About the role
We are seeking an experienced Accountant I to oversee financial records and reporting for our construction projects. The role is based in Chinatown, Manila and requires a solid understanding of accounting principles within the construction sector.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and reconcile accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Monitor project budgets, cost allocations and cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and internal controls.
- Assist in audit preparation and respond to auditor inquiries.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Preferably experience in the construction industry.
- Mature, seasoned professionals are encouraged to apply.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of construction industry accounting practices.
What we offer
- Probationary salary range of 28,000–30,000 PHP per month.
- Free accommodation (meals not included).
- Monday to Saturday schedule, 8:30 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00 PM–5:30 PM.
