Accountant (Construction Industry)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Accountant I to oversee financial records and reporting for our operations in Manila. Candidates with a background in the construction sector are highly preferred, as the role involves industry‑specific accounting tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Generate management reports and support budgeting processes.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and company policies.
- Assist with audit preparation and liaise with external auditors.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Mature or seasoned professionals are encouraged to apply.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of construction industry accounting.
What we offer
- Probationary salary range of 28,000 – 30,000 (currency not specified).
- Free accommodation (meals not included).
- Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM & 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM.
