About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant I to oversee financial records and reporting for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting and a strong understanding of the construction industry.

Key responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
Prepare periodic financial statements and management reports.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and accounting standards.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for construction projects.
Coordinate with project managers and other departments to reconcile accounts.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Preference for mature, seasoned professionals.

Required skills

Strong knowledge of construction industry accounting.

What we offer

Probationary salary range of 28,000 – 30,000 (currency not specified).
Free accommodation (meals not included).
Monday to Saturday work schedule, 8:30 AM‑12:00 PM & 1:00 PM‑5:30 PM.
