About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant I to manage financial records and reporting for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting and a strong understanding of construction industry financial practices.

Key responsibilities

Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Prepare periodic financial reports for management review.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis for construction projects.
Coordinate with project teams to reconcile expenses and revenues.
Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Preference for mature, seasoned professionals.
Experience in the construction industry is highly preferred.

Required skills

What we offer

Probationary salary range: 28,000 – 30,000 (currency not specified).
Free accommodation provided (meals not included).
Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM & 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM.
