Accountant – Construction Industry Experience Preferred

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant I to manage financial records and reporting for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting and a strong understanding of construction industry financial practices.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare periodic financial reports for management review.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis for construction projects.
• Coordinate with project teams to reconcile expenses and revenues.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Preference for mature, seasoned professionals.
• Experience in the construction industry is highly preferred.

• Probationary salary range: 28,000 – 30,000 (currency not specified).
