About the role
We are seeking an experienced CPA or professional bookkeeper to join Dynamix on a short‑term, 30‑day project (with the possibility of extension). The role focuses on cleaning up our QuickBooks data and establishing clear bookkeeping procedures, allowing our teams to concentrate on growth.
Key responsibilities
- Review, clean up, and reconcile all accounts in QuickBooks.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for bookkeeping processes.
Required profile
- CPA license or proven bookkeeping expertise.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently on a project‑based assignment.
- Available part‑time during Eastern Standard Time business hours.
Required skills
- QuickBooks proficiency.
