Account Producer – Convert Guest Interviews into Clients

About the role

We are looking for an Account Producer to own the post‑interview conversation with senior executives who appear on our private video series. After a 60‑minute recorded episode is delivered, you will turn that goodwill into a qualified sales opportunity and ultimately a long‑term client.

Key responsibilities

• Review the daily recordings pipeline and identify guests ready for follow‑up.
• Send a personalized thank‑you message within 24 hours of episode delivery.
• Schedule and conduct a 25‑minute marketing‑assistant meeting with each guest.
• Present an amplification plan (LinkedIn posts, network outreach, speaking opportunities) and transition the discussion toward a service proposal.
• Prepare and deliver a customized proposal within 48 hours of the meeting.
• Maintain a structured 30‑day follow‑up cadence and drive the deal to closure.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, customer success or a hybrid producer/sales role.
• Comfortable speaking on camera and over the phone; able to record Loom walkthroughs for proposals.
• Excellent written communication for personalized email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Highly self‑managed, handling ~30 active relationships without daily supervision.
• Genuine interest in engaging C‑suite leaders from companies such as SAP, Oracle, etc.
• Bonus: background in marketing, podcasting or content production.
