Account Officer - Housing Loans

About the role
The Account Officer – Housing Loans will be responsible for originating and marketing housing loan products, ensuring that business targets are achieved. This role involves building strong relationships with developers, branch staff and retail clients to drive loan growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with property developers and bank branches to generate loan opportunities.
- Negotiate loan terms and conditions with retail clients, ensuring compliance with bank policies.
- Identify and solicit target accounts, manage the loan application process, and deliver completed accounts to the processing team.
- Meet or exceed assigned housing loan origination targets.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic about working in a banking environment with a strong customer‑service orientation.
- Confident in handling responsibilities independently and delivering results.
- Good understanding of consumer loan products, policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of lending operations and credit policies.
