Account Manager (Senior Partnerships Associate)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to lead partnership acquisition and growth for UTAK POS. In this senior‑level position you will manage the full partnership journey, from prospecting new businesses to nurturing long‑term relationships with existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new partnerships with business owners, franchisors, franchisees and growth‑oriented MSMEs.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline through outreach, networking, referrals and strategic relationship‑building.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle: discovery, presentations, negotiation, closing, onboarding and activation.
• Serve as the trusted point of contact for partners, providing ongoing support and ensuring a positive experience.
• Drive account expansion through upselling, cross‑selling, branch expansion and deeper product adoption.
• Analyze partnership data, monitor key metrics and deliver insights to inform business decisions.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives, campaigns and team mentorship.
