Senior Concierge Corporate Travel Associate

About the role

IQVIA's global Concierge Travel Services (ICTS) team delivers a high-touch, "VIP" service for corporate travel and events. This role manages complex global travel arrangements, designs seamless itineraries and acts as a trusted advisor for IQVIA and non-IQVIA employees. It is based in Taguig City and requires strong organisational skills, industry expertise and a passion for travel and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate complex global travel arrangements including flights, accommodation and ground transportation.
• Design end-to-end itineraries covering dining, experiences and activities, and gather traveller preferences for personalised recommendations.
• Ensure bookings align with budgets, client expectations and company policies, and deliver a premium service across chat, phone, email, video call and SMS/WhatsApp.
• Respond to enquiries within defined SLAs, provide real-time support and manage disruptions such as rebooking, cancellations and emergencies.
• Lead group travel engagements, host kick-off calls and act as the primary point of contact.
• Cross-sell ICTS services, track travel spend, maintain accurate records and vendor databases, and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and internal governance.
• Build relationships with clients, vendors and internal stakeholders, give them regular updates, and take part in team meetings on products, suppliers and industry trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a corporate Travel Management Company (TMC) environment, with extensive global industry experience.
• Proven experience in global servicing across multiple regions, time zones and points of sale.
• Advanced English (written and verbal); additional languages are an advantage.
• Preferred: experience in meetings and events, knowledge of pharmaceutical travel compliance, and familiarity with online booking tools such as Spotnana/Concur.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in GDS platforms (Sabre and/or Amadeus) and NDC, including ticketing, reissues, voids, cancellations, EMD/MCO issuance and PNR management.
• In-depth knowledge of complex itineraries, global airfares and fare construction (nett fares, IT fares, route deals, corporate negotiated fares).
• Ability to work independently, multitask and solve problems under pressure.
• Tools used: Freshdesk/Zendesk, Outlook, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
