About the role
InfiniVAN, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to join its on‑site team in Metro Manila. You will act as the primary liaison between the company and its business customers, ensuring they receive the high‑performance fiber internet solutions they need.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with corporate clients.
- Generate, manage, and grow client accounts while understanding their specific business requirements.
- Oversee client communications, address issues promptly, and ensure overall satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities, upsell relevant services, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and improve the client experience.
Required profile
- Proven ability in client relationship management and customer service.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in developing and executing strategic account plans.
- Ability to work on‑site in Metro Manila.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
