Account Manager – Fashion & Womenswear (E‑Commerce)

About the role

ByteDance’s fashion marketplace team is looking for an Account Manager to drive growth of women’s‑wear merchants in the Philippines. You will acquire new brands, nurture existing relationships and ensure a high‑quality customer experience on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and incubate fashion brands, principals and large merchants that generate significant GMV.
• Build and maintain relationships with merchants, negotiate deals and secure campaigns aligned with seasonality.
• Identify collaborative opportunities and develop joint business plans for short‑ and long‑term growth.
• Monitor service quality metrics such as cancellation and return rates, shipping lead times and conversion rates to improve customer satisfaction.
• Leverage scalable incubation programs and management tools to support merchant success.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 3 years of experience in the e‑commerce industry.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Medium oral proficiency in Mandarin Chinese for communication with Chinese‑speaking sellers.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Team player, fast learner and adaptable to change.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
