Account Manager – Fashion, Luggage & Bags (E‑Commerce)

About the role

Join ByteDance’s e‑commerce team to help fashion marketplace sellers and brands grow on the platform. You will be the main point of contact for high‑GMV brands and large marketplace sellers, guiding them through store setup, performance optimisation, and campaign execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with top fashion brands and marketplace sellers, negotiating deals based on campaigns and seasonality.
• Develop and implement growth strategies such as brand days, livestream events, price‑competitiveness initiatives, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor service quality metrics – low cancellation and return rates, shipping lead times, and conversion rates – to improve customer satisfaction.
• Act as the point of contact for fashion‑team projects and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e‑commerce, marketplace platforms, or related agencies.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with attention to detail.
• Preferred: knowledge of fashion trends in bags, experience with live and short‑form video content, and established connections with brands and large sellers.
