Account Manager – Cloud Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to drive growth of our cloud solutions portfolio. The role involves generating leads, assessing client needs, and delivering tailored cloud proposals to decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through networking, research, cold calling and industry events, maintaining the sales pipeline in a CRM.
• Conduct client needs assessments and collaborate with technical teams to design customized cloud solutions.
• Deliver presentations, demonstrations, proposals and quotations to decision‑makers.
• Lead negotiations, finalize contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long‑term partnerships and identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors and emerging cloud technologies, and work with internal teams for seamless execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling cloud or complex technology solutions.
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and apply consultative selling techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Results‑driven mindset with proficiency in CRM tools.
