About the role
We are looking for an experienced Workers Compensation Secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support to solicitors. This full‑time remote position operates on Australian business hours, focusing on NSW Workers Compensation matters.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare legal correspondence and documents.
- Manage diaries, appointments, and deadlines.
- Liaise with clients, insurers, medical providers, and the Personal Injury Commission (PIC).
- Maintain legal files and practice management systems.
- Assist with document filing, billing, and general administration.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in NSW Workers Compensation.
- Strong knowledge of NSW Workers Compensation processes and PIC procedures.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment during Australian business hours.

- Microsoft Office
- Legal practice management software
