Workday Recruitment Consultant – HR Strategy & Technology

About the role

Deloitte’s Workday practice is seeking a Workday Recruitment Consultant to join its Philippines Delivery Center. You will help clients assess HR needs, design, develop, and integrate Workday HCM solutions, and ensure successful adoption of the Workday Recruiting suite.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for Workday Recruiting and HCM implementations.
• Design, prototype, test, and configure Workday solutions to meet client specifications.
• Provide delivery assurance, troubleshoot issues, and support integration testing between Workday and external systems.
• Deliver status reports, highlight risks, and recommend improvements for client adoption.
• Champion best practices and share product knowledge across the practice.
