Water Treatment Operator

About the role

The Water Treatment Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of water and wastewater treatment facilities. You will ensure that all processes meet quality, environmental, and safety standards while following established SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain water and wastewater treatment systems.
• Monitor and adjust process parameters to guarantee continuous, efficient performance.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety regulations.
• Follow standard operating procedures and document all activities.
• Handle chemical storage, usage, and disposal according to safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (license is a plus).
• Minimum two years of experience in water or wastewater treatment plant operations, or completion of a Cadetship Program.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Effective communication via email, radio, and telephone.
• Positive attitude with a strong commitment to safe work practices.
• Willingness to be assigned to Masinloc, Zambales.
