Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily logistics operations supporting Collins Aerospace production and distribution at the First Philippine Industrial Park. This onsite position ensures that material flow, inventory accuracy, and warehouse cleanliness meet the high standards required for aerospace manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage receiving, stockroom/warehouse, material delivery, kitting, and shipping activities.
• Coordinate local inter‑plant transportation and oversee 3PL or outsourced chemical handling when applicable.
• Ensure timely and accurate inventory transactions, including receipt, put‑away, picking, and issue of materials.
• Conduct cycle counts, analyze results, and drive improvements in inventory accuracy.
• Implement and maintain a 5S program to keep work areas clean, safe, and efficient.
• Coach, train, and motivate the warehouse team to improve safety, productivity, and operational effectiveness.
• Enforce company policies and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Basic management knowledge such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching, and process execution.
• Proven experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
