Warehouse Pharmacist – Laguna

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Warehouse Pharmacist to manage prescription verification and order processing for our online pharmacy operations in Canlubang, Laguna.

Key responsibilities

• Check and approve prescriptions uploaded against customers’ orders via the online webstore.
• Provide guidance or medical advice to customers when needed.
• Perform quality checks of items after picking and before packing orders.
• Ensure the facility complies with government and brand regulations.
• Process orders online and validate prescriptions from customers.

Required profile

• Licensed Pharmacist with a valid PRC license and good professional standing.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, medication safety, prescription verification, and applicable pharmaceutical regulations.
• Ability to review and validate product information, labels, and dosage instructions with high accuracy.
• Comfortable using digital tools, online platforms, and basic data‑entry/documentation systems in an e‑commerce environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for explaining medication use and safety to non‑experts.
• Demonstrated integrity, ethical judgment, and commitment to patient safety and regulatory compliance.
• Strong organizational skills, including inventory monitoring, record keeping, and time management in a fast‑paced setting.
• Willing to work onsite in Canlubang, Laguna.
