Medical Case Manager – Physician

About the role

MedGrocer is seeking a Medical Case Manager to lead corporate wellness and safety programs for office‑based professionals. The role focuses on chronic disease management, health education, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert medical consultation and case management for employees, especially for chronic conditions such as hypertension and diabetes.
• Develop and lead evidence‑based corporate wellness programs and health‑education initiatives.
• Act as the primary medical authority for complex health escalations, delivering decisive advice to protect patient safety.
• Collaborate with client HR teams to analyze health data, identify disease trends, and recommend strategic improvements.
• Ensure all programs and recommendations comply with Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) regulations.

Required profile

• Registered Physician with an active PRC license.
• Experience in corporate health, occupational medicine, family medicine, or internal medicine (fresh board passers are also considered).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient consultation and health education.
