Teleconsult Doctor (PhilHealth Accredited) – Onsite

About the role

The Teleconsult Doctor joins MedGrocer's digital health team to provide remote medical consultations to patients across the Philippines. The position is based onsite in Makati with a minimum commitment of 8 hours per week, focusing on priority days.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive teleconsultations for non‑emergency health concerns received through the hotline.
• Manage chronic disease patients, adjusting care plans via remote consultations.
• Redirect patients to appropriate primary‑care networks or specialists when in‑person evaluation is needed.
• Issue e‑prescriptions, laboratory requests, and other medical documents through the platform.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.

Required profile

• Registered physician with a current PRC license (new board passers and experienced doctors welcome).
• Proficient with technology and comfortable using digital health platforms.
• Own a laptop or desktop running Windows 11 or later, or macOS Ventura 13 or later.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati.
• PhilHealth accreditation preferred; the company can assist unaccredited physicians.

Required skills

• Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Ability to issue e‑prescriptions and handle digital medical documentation.

What we offer

• Compensation of ₱400 per hour.
• Additional ₱200 incentive for each extra consult completed within the same hour (starting from the second consult).
• Paid onsite trial training (2‑3 days) in Makati.
