Warehouse Operations Specialist

About the role

The Warehouse Operations Specialist will lead end‑to‑end warehouse and distribution activities for our Crop Protection business at the Canlubang site. You will ensure that all materials are received, stored, tracked and dispatched in line with company standards, HSE regulations and audit requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound processes including receiving, inspection, unloading and SAP posting.
• Oversee storage, inventory accuracy, space utilization and traceability (mPins/QR codes).
• Coordinate loading/unloading, shipment scheduling and transport with accredited providers.
• Monitor performance and compliance of 3PL providers, truckers and forwarders.
• Lead quality‑related activities, product complaints and external testing.
• Support production by issuing bulk, raw and packaging materials and ensuring timely SAP entries.
• Handle returns, validation, documentation and disposition in partnership with QA and Customer Service.
• Execute procurement transactions via Smartpay and act as Asset Management Lead for SCM.
• Drive continuous‑improvement projects, cost optimisation and MOC for new products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Agriculture or a related field.
• 5–7 years of logistics and warehouse operations experience.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external partners.

Required skills

• SAP (inventory and transaction management).
• Smartpay procurement platform.
• QR‑code / mPin based Track & Trace systems.
