About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic waitresses to join our restaurant team in Riyadh. The role involves delivering high‑quality service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, and supporting the overall operations of the venue.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Assist in training new staff members on service techniques and standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in food and beverage service.
- Endurance to walk and stand for long periods.
- Experience carrying plates or trays without dropping items.
- Ability to remain calm and professional with difficult customers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Food & Beverage NCII certification or equivalent training.
