About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Waiter to join our hospitality team. The role involves delivering high‑quality service to guests, ensuring their dining experience meets our brand standards, and supporting the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a warm smile and maintain eye contact.
• Build rapport, thank guests, and encourage repeat visits.
• Maintain brand standards and respond to consumer audit feedback.
• Conduct monthly inventory checks of equipment and supplies.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu and beverage preparation techniques.
• Keep the front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house areas clean and organized.
• Prepare, assemble, and quality‑check orders before service.
• Apply food and beverage service techniques enthusiastically.
• Review order dockets for accuracy and timely preparation.
• Recognize and follow the billing process.
• Anticipate guest needs and react promptly.
• Communicate daily task assignments effectively.
• Maintain backup stock supplies for busy periods.
• Adhere strictly to hotel policies on fire safety, hygiene, health, and personal grooming.
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
• Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by superiors.

Required profile

• Experience in food and beverage service; experience in 5‑star hotels or resorts is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Preferably a diploma in Hospitality Business Management or a related field.
• Effective time‑management, task‑management and communication skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Passionate, organized, innovative and customer‑oriented.
