Waiter – Guest Service & Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Waiter to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality service, create memorable guest experiences, and uphold our brand standards in a dynamic restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a warm smile, establish eye contact, and thank them at departure.
• Build rapport with guests, gather feedback, and ensure individual satisfaction.
• Maintain brand standards, respond to consumer audit results, and implement necessary changes.
• Conduct monthly inventory checks of equipment and supplies.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items and beverage preparation techniques.
• Keep the dining area and back‑of‑house clean, organized, and well‑stocked.
• Prepare and assemble orders accurately, perform quality checks, and serve with enthusiasm.
• Review order dockets, manage billing steps, and anticipate unexpected guest needs.
• Communicate daily tasks effectively and adhere to hotel policies on fire safety, hygiene, health, and personal grooming.
• Participate in training sessions, meetings, and any additional duties as required.

Required profile

• Experience in food and beverage service, preferably in 5‑star hotels, resorts, or independent restaurants (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Education: Diploma in Hospitality Business Management or a related field.
• Strong time‑management, task‑management, and communication abilities.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Passionate, organized, innovative, and customer‑oriented attitude.
