Waiter – Guest Relations & Service

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Waiter to join our hospitality team. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality service, building guest loyalty, and ensuring a clean, organized dining environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a warm smile and maintain eye contact.
• Provide attentive service, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and performing quality checks before service.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, beverage preparation techniques, and presentation standards.
• Handle inventory checks, backup supply stocking, and ensure the outlet remains clean and organized.
• Respond to guest feedback, anticipate needs, and address any issues promptly.
• Adhere to brand standards, health and safety policies, and personal grooming guidelines.
• Participate in training sessions, meetings, and any additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in 5‑star hotels, resorts, or freestanding restaurants is a plus.
• Preferably a Diploma in Hospitality Business Management or a related field.
• Effective time‑management, task‑management, and communication abilities.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
