Vice President, Human Resources Center of Excellence

About the role

The organization is seeking a strategic Vice President to lead its HR Center of Excellence, shaping enterprise‑wide people strategies that drive growth, engagement, and workforce transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals, integrating all COE pillars into a cohesive agenda.
• Lead organizational design, talent strategy, digital HR transformation, learning & development, employee experience, and total rewards functions.
• Establish governance, policies, and frameworks across COE pillars and serve as a trusted advisor to the CHRO and executive team.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Operations, and business leaders to ensure people programs deliver measurable impact.

Required profile

• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 8 years overseeing multiple HR Centers of Excellence.
• Proven success in enterprise‑wide HR transformation, talent management, learning, total rewards, and employee experience.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and boards; strong stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
