Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for complex and niche positions, primarily within the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Execute full recruitment cycle from job posting and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Source and identify qualified candidates via job portals, social media and networking.
• Screen applications to ensure required credentials, skills and experience.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and provide regular hiring updates.
• Facilitate calibration sessions and hand‑off processes with Operations and HR.
• Manage recruitment tools and processes to improve hiring efficiency.
• Mentor junior TA specialists and act as backup lead when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• Excellent written and oral communication with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work additional hours or travel across sites as business demands.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using various job portals and sourcing platforms.
