Vendor Centralization Analyst

About the role

The Vendor Centralization Analyst is responsible for accurate and timely execution of vendor master data activities within the Source to Pay environment. The role supports vendor creation, extension, maintenance, and issue resolution while ensuring compliance with global governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute vendor master data collection, setup, review, extension, and maintenance in line with procedures and SLAs.
• Manage operational work queues for vendor‑related requests, including tickets, creation, extension, cleansing, and replacement.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reduce cycle time, and enhance process efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Master Data team and other Source to Pay teams to ensure consistent service delivery.

Required profile

• Higher education preferred.
• Experience in global shared services, data maintenance, or procurement support.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a high‑volume environment.
• Effective priority management and teamwork orientation.

Required skills

• Basic SAP or ERP system knowledge.
• Excel proficiency.
• English language skills.
