US Recruiter – Remote (Night Shift)

About the role

Teleperformance is looking for a proactive US Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team. This full‑time, work‑from‑home position operates on a night‑shift schedule and focuses on sourcing top talent for the company’s growing US operations.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and conduct initial interviews with US candidates.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified applicants to meet ongoing hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies for greater efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast‑paced recruiting role, preferably within the US market.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with candidates.
• Excellent time‑management and organisational skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and various sourcing/recruiting tools.
• Adaptability to a dynamic, remote work environment.
