Unit Sales Manager

About the role

The Unit Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance across the assigned territory in Mindoro/Romblon. This role combines strategic account development with hands‑on field leadership, ensuring targets are met or exceeded while building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a sales team, including performance management and field coaching.
• Manage territory, plan routes and develop channel or key accounts to expand market coverage.
• Analyze sales data, market trends and competitor activities to inform decision‑making.
• Negotiate with customers and partners, maintaining strong relationships to support business growth.
• Travel within the assigned area as needed and work on‑site in Mindoro/Romblon.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven sales or account‑management experience, preferably in FMCG or food & beverage, with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a sales team.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organized, results‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced, field‑driven environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Mindoro/Romblon and travel within the area.
• Knowledge of the local market and trade landscape is a plus.
