Uniform Attendant – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Uniform Attendant ensures that all hotel staff are presented in immaculate, well‑maintained uniforms that reflect Mandarin Oriental’s luxury standards. Working closely with the laundry team and procurement, you will manage issuance, inventory, and quality control of employee attire for a new 5‑star property opening in 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Issue uniforms to hotel colleagues according to departmental entitlements and policies.
• Maintain accurate records of uniform issuance, returns, exchanges, and inventory.
• Manage uniform lockers or distribution systems efficiently.
• Ensure all uniforms are cleaned, pressed, inspected for wear, and repaired or replaced as needed.
• Conduct regular stock counts, audits, and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement or suppliers for replenishment of uniforms.
• Work closely with the laundry service to monitor turnaround times and handle specialty fabrics.
