Travel Sales Specialist – US Premium Clients

About the role

Voyagu is expanding its new Philippines hub and is looking for experienced travel sales professionals to manage a portfolio of premium U.S. travelers. You will own the sales cycle from inbound request to ticket issuance, focusing on business and first‑class itineraries.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify warm inbound travel requests and turn them into closed deals.
• Identify each client’s specific travel needs and match them with the best premium airfare options.
• Guide clients through business and first‑class choices, securing the sale.
• Provide premium‑level customer care to build loyalty, repeat bookings, and referrals.
• Maintain long‑term relationships and become the trusted travel advisor for each client.
• Collaborate with a small team of agents and a team leader to meet sales targets.
• Work night‑shift hours aligned with U.S. time zones (9 PM – 6 AM Manila time).

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience selling airline tickets or travel services to U.S. or international customers.
• Proven ability to close high‑value premium travel sales.
• Comfortable working night‑shift hours that sync with U.S. time zones.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
