About the role
We are looking for a proactive Travel Associate to assist clients in planning and booking their travel itineraries. The role involves providing accurate destination information, handling travel regulations, and ensuring a smooth travel experience for our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients in planning and booking travel itineraries.
- Provide accurate information about destinations, accommodations, and travel regulations.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the travel process.
- Maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on travel trends and promotions to offer informed recommendations.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in travel or related services.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational abilities and capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in travel booking software.
- Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
