Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Restaurant Manager to lead the dining experience at SM Megamall. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the overall guest dining experience and enforce Guest Service Standards.
• Develop, motivate, and coach the store team to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.
• Lead by example, fostering a vibrant and enthusiastic team environment.
• Create and execute marketing strategies to meet sales targets.
• Prepare budgets, sales operation reports, and monitor financial performance.
• Maintain store facilities, kitchen equipment, and ensure sanitation compliance.
• Oversee product receipt quality and quantity.
• Collaborate with Human Resources on staffing needs and employee concerns.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any business‑related field.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in casual or fine‑dining environments.
• Highly energetic, enthusiastic, and vibrant personality.
• Excellent customer service, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and work weekends/holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Familiarity with cash registers or POS systems.
