About the role
We are looking for a Travel Associate to assist clients in planning and booking their travel itineraries while delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients in planning and booking travel itineraries.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues to provide excellent customer service.
- Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities based on client preferences.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of travel regulations and industry trends.
- Manage bookings, cancellations, and changes efficiently.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Approximately 35 years of experience in travel planning or customer service.
- Detail‑oriented and organized.
Required skills
- Proficiency in travel booking software.
