About the role
We are looking for a proactive Travel Associate to assist our clients in planning and executing seamless travel experiences. You will work closely with travelers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on destinations, routes, and travel packages.
Key responsibilities
- Arrange flights, accommodation, and ground transportation for clients.
- Provide expert advice on travel destinations, routes, and package options.
- Handle bookings, issue tickets, and prepare all necessary travel documentation.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any travel‑related issues.
- Maintain and update the client database ensuring accurate record‑keeping.
Required profile
- Diploma in Travel and Tourism or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of experience in the travel industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Required skills
- Proficiency with travel booking software and tools.
