Travel and Tours Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Travel and Tours Officer to join our team in Mandaluyong City. In this role you will manage group bookings and coordinate travel arrangements for our clients, ensuring a seamless experience from reservation to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Handle group reservations and process travel itineraries for corporate and leisure clients.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and local service providers to secure optimal rates and accommodations.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications.
• Provide timely assistance and resolve any issues that arise during travel.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote travel packages.
