About the role

The Transport Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily transportation operations to ensure safe, efficient, and on‑time delivery across distribution routes. This role coordinates fleet activities, manages drivers, and works closely with warehouse and logistics partners to maintain smooth transport flow.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily transportation operations, including route planning, dispatch, and delivery execution.
• Ensure on‑time delivery performance and optimal fleet utilization.
• Coordinate with warehouses, distribution centers, and logistics partners to guarantee seamless transport flow.
• Monitor driver performance, compliance, and safety standards.
• Address transportation issues, delays, and real‑time operational problems.
• Track transport KPIs and implement improvements for service reliability and cost efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in transport or logistics operations.
• Experience in fleet coordination, dispatch, or route planning.
• Strong understanding of transportation KPIs and compliance standards.
• Demonstrated leadership and operational problem‑solving abilities.
