Training Specialist – AML Compliance

About the role

As a Training Specialist, you will contribute to the success of learning initiatives by identifying training needs, recommending solutions, and delivering impactful experiences. You will design and develop training programs that align with business goals, facilitate engaging sessions, mentor learners, and collaborate with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement training programs aligned with organizational objectives and learner needs.
• Deliver engaging training sessions across various formats, ensure certification, log records, and maintain training programs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, managers, and trainers to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Analyze learning data and feedback to improve training effectiveness.
• Identify learning needs and recommend targeted training solutions.
• Contribute to strategic training projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
• Support administrative tasks related to training logistics, reporting, and record‑keeping.
• Assist in maintaining project documentation, tracking milestones, and flagging risks.
• Commit to travel up to 50% of working time based on project or operational needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 9 months experience in similar functions with demonstrated strong performance.
• Interest in adult learning and training development, with facilitation or mentoring experience.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) and strong presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, managers, and leaders.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Flexibility to adjust to different shifts occasionally.
