Training Manager – Pharmaceutical L&D

About the role

A leading healthcare organization is hiring a Training Manager. The ideal candidate is passionate about developing people, has strong pharmaceutical industry experience, and can deliver product knowledge and leadership training while driving employee engagement through company‑wide learning initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct product training for Dermatology, Oncology, CNS, Cardiovascular, Diabetes, and General Medicines.
• Develop and facilitate training modules and learning programs.
• Deliver soft‑skills and leadership training.
• Conduct field coaching and validate sales and product‑management capabilities.
• Organise company‑wide events such as National Conference, Team Building, and Christmas Party.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Medical or Life Sciences, or a related field.
• At least 3 years' experience as a Training Manager, District Manager, or Product Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and efficient.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati.
