Training Manager

About the role

House of Fruitas is seeking a hands‑on Training Manager to lead a team of about 15 trainers and elevate learning across its restaurant, kiosk, and corporate operations. The role blends leadership, classroom facilitation, and on‑site coaching in a fast‑moving food & beverage environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and drive performance of a 15‑member training team.
• Design and deliver high‑quality programs for restaurant, kiosk/store, corporate, technical and soft‑skill competencies.
• Conduct classroom, in‑store and on‑the‑job training sessions personally.
• Develop training materials, facilitator guides, assessments and digital learning content.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and monitor completion and effectiveness.
• Partner with operations leaders to identify gaps and create practical solutions.

Required profile

• Proven training leadership in Food & Beverage or restaurant industry.
• Experience managing a large training team (around 15 trainers).
• Strong ability to analyse needs, design instruction, facilitate, coach and evaluate training.
• Start‑up mindset: ownership, urgency, adaptability and willingness to execute hands‑on.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LMS platforms.
• Advanced use of Canva and other digital design tools.
