Training & Knowledge Management Officer

About the role

The Training & Knowledge Management Officer will support the Business Transformation Team of the GSS HR Shared Services unit, based in Manila. The role focuses on building and delivering learning solutions and knowledge‑management practices that enable HR staff worldwide to work effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and deploy global learning and knowledge strategies for HRSS.
• Define, coordinate and advise on onboarding, mentoring, career development and learning path programmes.
• Oversee, support, evaluate and recommend improvements to training, development and knowledge‑sharing activities.
• Design, develop, update and deliver blended and digital training courses for HRSS.
• Ensure training content aligns with approved procedures and standards in collaboration with subject‑matter experts and business process owners.
• Develop and maintain training materials and learning resources together with internal trainers and learning specialists.
• Contribute to the evaluation and continuous improvement of training programmes.

Required profile

• Experience in designing and delivering HR learning and development programmes.
• Strong understanding of knowledge‑management concepts within a global HR context.
• Ability to work with subject‑matter experts and coordinate cross‑functional initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and evaluation skills to improve training effectiveness.
