Toddler Teacher – Early Childhood Educator

About the role

Join Milestones School of Achievement as a Toddler Teacher, where you will create a warm, nurturing environment for our youngest learners. You will partner with a passionate team to deliver a research‑based curriculum that sparks curiosity and supports each child’s development.

Key responsibilities

• Create a cozy, engaging classroom space where toddlers feel safe and inspired.
• Document and share daily milestones with families, celebrating each child’s progress.
• Collaborate with educators to deliver age‑appropriate, stimulating learning activities.
• Observe and respond to each child’s interests, ensuring safety and fostering language and play development.
• Model positive behavior and serve as a caring role model for the children.

Required profile

• Availability to work 12:30 pm – 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old and meet all state preschool teacher requirements.
• Flexible, enthusiastic, and able to adapt during business hours.
• Experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare is a plus.
