Third Party Audit, Billing & TPA Specialist

About the role

The Third-Party Audit team supports LSEG's relationships with third-party vendors, including Exchanges and Specialist Data Providers, ensuring third-party data is accurate and meets contractual, regulatory and internal requirements. As a Third Party Audit Analyst, you will work with cross-functional teams to review, reconcile and improve data management processes, helping reduce financial risk and improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular reconciliations of third-party data, identifying discrepancies and process improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders across teams to investigate and resolve reconciliation issues.
• Support initiatives that improve the quality and consistency of customer communications on third-party commercial changes.
• Work with Commercial Managers and Product Lifecycle Management teams to improve third-party data management.
• Maintain reference data on contractual terms, usage rights and commercial rules.
• Develop an understanding of third-party data policies, procedures and product information.
• Collaborate with Customer Administration and Operations teams to resolve data and process issues.
• Help identify process gaps and implement controls that mitigate operational and financial risks.

Required profile

• Approximately 2 years of proven experience.
• Ability to collect, analyse and interpret data into meaningful reports.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, organise time and work well in diverse teams.
• Preferred: knowledge of CRM and operational platforms such as Salesforce and Siebel, Product Studio 2 or GPN, entitlement/subscription systems, financial market data products, and third-party content management.
