Terminal Operations Officer (Santa Cruz, Davao)

About the role

SEAOIL is seeking a Terminal Operations Officer to manage the strategic procurement and logistics of feedstocks, chemicals and biomass for its CME plant in Santa Cruz, Davao. The role ensures low operating costs while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute maintenance and housekeeping programs for the terminal/depot.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing product movements, ensuring safety and proper procedures.
• Analyze vessel and storage tank performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain optimal manning assignments for all operational activities.
• Conduct regular inspections of loading and dispatching operations.
• Safeguard and update terminal documents, permits, licenses, calibration certificates and related records.
• Assist in incident response, investigation and mitigation.
• Act as relief for the Terminal Manager/Depot Supervisor when absent.
• Coordinate product quality, safety, vessel schedules, tank‑truck requirements and engineering projects.
• Initiate requisitions for depot supplies such as additives, consumables and materials.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of supply chain experience.
• Basic background in project management and logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management or a related field.
• Physically fit and able to conduct site visits as needed.
