Telesales Executive – Malaysia Market (Philippines based)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Telesales Executive to target the Malaysia market while being based onsite in the Philippines. You will generate qualified leads, set appointments and support the sales team through outbound calling and follow‑up activities.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients across Malaysia.
• Introduce company products and services and clearly articulate value propositions.
• Schedule appointments and hand over highly qualified leads to the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email and messaging platforms to nurture leads.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects across various industries.
• Record customer interactions, lead status and activities accurately in the CRM system.
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, lead generation and appointment setting.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and maximise conversion opportunities.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, lead generation or outbound sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional proficiency in Bahasa Melayu or Mandarin is a plus.
• Confident handling outbound calls and engaging decision‑makers.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Goal‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Experience selling HR, recruitment, SaaS or B2B solutions is an advantage.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
