Telemarketer

About the role

Join optiBPO as a Telemarketer in Angeles City, working on the morning shift in an office environment. You will generate sales through cold calling and handling inbound inquiries, promoting office‑solution products to prospective customers.

Key responsibilities

• Cold‑call leads from a provided phone directory and present product features, pricing and benefits.
• Answer incoming calls, ask pertinent questions to understand customer needs, and persuade them to purchase.
• Accurately record customer information and call outcomes in the CRM system.
• Handle complaints or doubts to protect the company’s reputation and meet sales quotas.

Required profile

• High school diploma (BSc/BA a plus) with 1‑2 years of telemarketing experience.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets, preferably over the phone.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of CRM software.
• Familiarity with telephone systems and call‑recording tools.
