Teleconsult Doctor

About the role

MedGrocer is seeking a Teleconsult Doctor to join its medical team and provide high‑quality remote care to patients across the Philippines. You will use the company’s digital platform to assess acute and chronic conditions, give wellness advice, and ensure seamless access to healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive teleconsultations for non‑emergency health concerns received through the hotline.
• Manage and monitor patients with chronic diseases, developing and adjusting care plans via remote consultations.
• Assess patients’ conditions and refer them to appropriate primary‑care networks or specialists when in‑person evaluation is required.
• Issue e‑prescriptions, laboratory requests, and other medical documents through the digital platform.
• Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and timely patient records within the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.

Required profile

• Registered physician with a current PRC license.
• Open to new board passers as well as experienced physicians.
• Proficient with technology and comfortable using digital health platforms.
• Willing to work in Makati and attend a 2‑week onsite training, followed by weekly onsite reporting.
• Available for full‑time or part‑time arrangements; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Required skills

• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Familiarity with e‑prescription platforms.
• Ability to navigate digital health platforms.
