Technology Operations Engineer II – System Administration

About the role

Join Pax8’s Global Technology Operations team in Manila as a Technology Operations Engineer II. You will act as the go‑to escalation point for complex technical incidents, ensuring smooth operation of enterprise platforms and supporting internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve advanced technical issues across hardware, software, network connectivity and cloud services.
• Serve as primary escalation point for Level 1 engineers and own incidents from triage to resolution.
• Support configuration and administration of Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365 and related platforms.
• Perform compliance checks, device management, operational maintenance and system health monitoring.
• Plan, test and implement standard changes within change‑management frameworks and drive automation initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across devices, applications and cloud services.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and ownership mindset.
• Ability to work independently on complex issues and mentor junior engineers.

• Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online)
• AWS and Azure infrastructure
• ServiceNow or Jira
• Identity management, security best practices and endpoint protection
