About the role
House of I.T is seeking an entry‑level IT Support Engineer to join its Manila team. You will provide email and remote technical assistance, handling tickets and ensuring timely resolution for our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Provide email support and remote technical advisory services.
- Process and resolve customer concerns related to product technical aspects.
- Monitor the Autotask queue, claim tickets, update status, and complete them within SLA.
- Document all troubleshooting steps in Autotask for full resolution.
Required profile
- Graduate of BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, ICT or related field.
- Less than one year of relevant work experience.
- Willingness to work onsite in Manila and accept a rotating schedule.
Required skills
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Autotask).
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support abilities.
